If AcuShén meditation is not intended to be diagnostic, why do I initially need to fill out a complete health history questionnaire?

A current and complete health history is required to participate in any AcuShén meditation session. This is necessary to screen for any acupoints that may be contraindicated for certain health and medical conditions. It also assists your AcuShén practitioner to gain insight into specific acupoints which may be particularly helpful to you in attaining your personal meditation and health goals. Though guided meditation is a collaborative group experience, acupuncture can always be individually tailored to your needs.
