The Jan/Feb 2014 AcuShén℠ 8-week gathering will focus on helping participants attune to their core energy by engaging in the present moment. Specific acupoints will be selected to assist in calming and centering the mind, while letting go of worry, stress and over-active rumination. Empowering guided imagery with themes of acceptance, courage and presence will highlight this very special AcuShén℠ gathering. This is a great time of year to commit to refreshment and renewal.
