A Small-Group Workshop
Discover a different way to understand and respond to chronic pain and persistent symptoms.
Saturday, November 14th, 2026
10:00am-12:30pm
Living with chronic pain or ongoing symptoms can change more than how your body feels. It can influence your confidence, your daily choices, and even how you anticipate and respond to physical sensations.
But our experience of the body is shaped by much more than sensation alone.
In this engaging, small-group workshop, we'll explore how the brain, nervous system, and body work together to shape our sensory experiences—and how that understanding can open up new possibilities for responding to persistent pain and symptoms.
Through accessible pain science education, Q&A discussions, and guided neurosensory exercises, you'll have opportunities to explore sensation from fresh perspectives, practice useful skills, and discover ways to bring greater flexibility and confidence into daily life.
With no more than five participants, the workshop offers a relaxed, supportive environment for questions, exploration, and individualized guidance.
No previous experience or knowledge is necessary. Just an openness to learning something new about your body and how you experience it.
A little more understanding. A little more possibility. A different relationship with what you feel.
